1) How do I Place an Order?
To Place an Order on Our Website, Plz read the below the steps:
1)Choose the Gift and click on Add to Cart Button
2)It directs to CCAVENUE Shopping Cart
3)To Add more Gifts, Click on “Add more Items” Button
4)Type the “Delivery Date and Greeting Message” in the Text Box
5)Click on “Pay & Finish”
6)To change the CART, click on “Modify Cart” or Click on “Final Checkout”
7)In Billing Page, Fill the details of all Text Fields and Choose the Payment Mode
8)Click on "Submit"

2) How do I know that my Order has been received by You?
All Orders , which Transaction is Successful, will confirm with return mail from CCAVENUE on behalf of MeherGifts.Com.

3) When my Order will deliver?
We can deliver the Gifts as per Your Instructions. For Same day deliveries we accept orders till 4 PM and Midnight deliveries will be delivered on midnight only after 11 PM to 12 AM..

4) I have a special request for Gift(s) that are not in your catalogue? Can you execute the same?

5) How do I Pay and what modes of payment accepted?
We accept online payments and offline payments. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Major Indian Bank Debit Cards and Net Banking of Indian Banks.

6) What is Billing Address?
Billing Address is : If you are paying thru Credit Card / Debit Card, then You need to provide all required retails, like Credit Card holder’s Name, Address, Email ID etc..

Although, the prices mentioned on our website are in Indian Rupees, You will charged in your local currency equivalent to Rupee value only.

We guarantee to promptly deliver fresh, beautiful floral arrangements. Regional differences and seasonal availability may affect some colors, flowers and/or containers, however every order is filled to full value by a professional floral designer.

12) Why my Order was not delivered as requested?
During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a flexible delivery schedule in order to insure that deliveries will take place in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated. All orders are delivered during (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) and although our specially selected florists make every effort, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.

* Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakshabandhan , Deepavali , Christmas and New Years.
